Don’t worry! We monitor all flights in real-time using the flight number provided during booking. Your pickup time will be automatically adjusted to match your actual landing time at no extra cost to you (only for arrival). For departure to the airport, we will follow as per scheduled.
For airport pickups, we provide 60 minutes of free waiting time starting from the moment your plane lands. This gives you plenty of time to clear immigration and collect your bags. For hotel pickups, we include 15 minutes of free waiting time.
The price you see on your booking confirmation is final and all-inclusive. It covers all fuel, highway tolls, airport parking fees, and taxes. You won’t have to worry about the meter running in traffic.
Yes, your family’s safety is our priority. You can request child or booster seats during the booking process (additional charges will be apply). Please specify the age and weight of the child so we can provide the correct equipment.
Luggage capacity depends on the vehicle you choose:
-Sedan (E-Class):Up to 1-2 standard suitcases.
-Luxury Van (V-Class):Up to 2-4 standard suitcases.
If you have extra-large items (like golf clubs or strollers), please let us know in advance so we can ensure the right vehicle is assigned.
