1. How do I find my driver at the airport?

After you collect your luggage and exit through the glass doors into the Arrival Hall, look for a sign with the on9tour logo and your name on it.

2. What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight number in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your pickup time will be automatically adjusted at no extra cost to you.

3. Can we stop at a convenience store or ATM on the way to the hotel?

For a standard transfer, one quick stop (5-10 minutes) for an ATM or SIM card is usually fine. Please let the driver know in advance.

4. How much luggage can the vehicle hold?

A standard sedan fits 2 large bags. An MPV fits 4, and our vans can hold up to 10 large suitcases. If you have oversized items like golf clubs or surfboards, please inform us during booking.

5. Do you provide child car seats?

We can provide a child seat upon request for a small additional fee. Please mention the age of the child when making your booking on on9tour.com.

6. Is there a surcharge for late-night or early-morning pickups?

Standard transfers between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM may incur a small midnight surcharge. This will be clearly stated in your booking summary.

7. How early should I be picked up for my flight?

For domestic flights, we recommend a pickup 2 hours before departure. For international flights, we recommend 3 hours before departure to account for check-in and immigration lines.
