For arrival transfers, we offer a complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes after your flight lands. If you are delayed at immigration, please contact our support or the driver immediately.

4. Are there child seats available?

Yes, child seats can be provided upon request for a small additional fee. Please mention this during your booking.

5. Does the price change for midnight KLIA / KLIA2 Airport transfers?

Yes, transfers between 11:00 PM and 06:00 AM are subject to a 50% midnight surcharge on the base fare.

6. Can we make a quick stop at a grocery store or ATM?

The transfer is point-to-point. However, a quick 5-minute stop at an ATM or convenience store at the airport is usually fine. For longer stops, additional charges may apply.
