1. Where do I meet my driver at the airport?

After clearing customs and luggage claim, head to the Arrival Hall. Your driver will be holding a ON9Tour.com sign with your name on it at the designated paging area.

2. What happens if my flight is delayed?

Don’t worry! We track your flight number. Your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra cost.

3. How long will the driver wait for me?

For arrival transfers, we offer a complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes after your flight lands. If you are delayed at immigration, please contact our support or the driver immediately.

4. Are there child seats available?

Yes, child seats can be provided upon request for a small additional fee. Please mention this during your booking.

5. Does the price change for midnight KLIA / KLIA2 Airport transfers?

Yes, transfers between 11:00 PM and 06:00 AM are subject to a 50% midnight surcharge on the base fare.

6. Can we make a quick stop at a grocery store or ATM?

The transfer is point-to-point. However, a quick 5-minute stop at an ATM or convenience store at the airport is usually fine. For longer stops, additional charges may apply.

7. What vehicle should I book for 4 people with 4 large suitcases?

For 4 passengers with large luggage, we highly recommend booking an MPV – Luxury to ensure everyone sits comfortably and the luggage fits safely.
