The 10-hour clock starts from your requested pick-up time. You have total flexibility! Whether you want an early 08:00 AM start to catch the morning breeze or a 12:00 PM (extra late night drive charge may be applied) start to enjoy the nightlife and night markets, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

Yes, the price you see on ON9Tour.com is inclusive of fuel, parking fees, and road tolls. There are no hidden fuel surcharges at the end of the day. The only extra costs you should plan for are your meals and any entrance fees to specific attractions (like national parks).

5. What happens if we exceed the 10-hour limit?

We understand that sometimes the sunset is too beautiful to leave! If you go over the 10-hour mark, an hourly overtime rate will apply (payable directly to the driver). We recommend discussing this with your driver if you feel your plans might run late.

6. Can the driver take us to hidden spots not mentioned in the itinerary?

Definitely. Our drivers are locals who know the back roads of Phuket. If you want to avoid the tourist traps and see where the locals eat or find a quiet cliffside for photos, just ask for a local’s recommendation.

7. Does the service include airport transfer?

If your 10-hour tour starts or ends at the airport, we can certainly arrange that (additional charges may applied)! However, please note that for hotels located in the far north of the island (like Maikhao or Nai Yang), a small distance surcharge may apply due to the extra travel time for the driver.
